Hendricks & Lewis is broadly experienced with the financing, development and construction of a wide range of public/private partnership projects and with litigating disputes in the construction industry. Firm attorneys have successfully litigated design defects and cost overruns in the construction of the TransAlaska Pipeline, major ship construction contracts, and numerous smaller construction disputes on behalf of owners, contractors, architects and landscape architects, and various public agencies. The firm has also advised an international entity about its engineering contracts with a cooperative association of public agencies.
